Tenders Are Invited For Providing Extended Care Services For Residents Of The Dobiegniew Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Close To People - Social Services Center In Dobiegniew.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Extended Care Services To Residents Of The Dobiegniew Commune In Their Place Of Residence. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services For 10 People Per Month For 20 Hours Per Person, Which Gives An Estimated 5,000 Hours Of Services Provided From Monday To Friday From 2:00 P.M. To 8:00 P.M. And On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. (200 Hours Per Month). The Given Hourly Number Is The Minimum. Services Scheduled For April 2026 Will Be Performed And Settled By The End Of May 2026 In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor, Which Includes Care Activities Resulting From The Submitted Medical Certificate Or Medical Documentation, Supplementary To Community Nursing Care And Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, In Particular Performing The Following Activities (A Detailed Description Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz).
