The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: Part No. 1 Involves The Provision Of Services Consisting In Text Development, Graphic Composition Of Information And Promotional Materials, Sponsored Materials, Banners Of The Ordering Party And Their Publication In Regional And National Media Along With The Submission Of A Publication Report. Part No. 2 Consists In The Successive Publication Of Black-And-White And Color Texts In The Printed, Paid, Daily Regional Press Covering The Pomeranian Voivodeship. Advertisements.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1.1 And Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz And In The Contract Templates Which Constitute Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz And Annex No. 2.2 To The Swz.4. Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of This Order: 1) Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing Administrative And Office Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order.2) If The Activities Indicated In Point 1) Meet The Conditions Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, The Contractor Will Perform The Work Independently (As The Owner/Co-Owner).
