Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal And Courier Services For The Jan Długosz University In Częstochowa

Task 1: Postal Services A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With The Specification Of The Ordered Quantities, Is Included In Annexes No. 2A, 2B (Price Form) And Annex No. 3 (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Individual Parts Of The Order To A Subcontractor, I.E. The Entity With Which He Concluded A Subcontracting Agreement As Defined In Article 7, Point 27 Of The Public Procurement Law. If The Execution Of The Order Is Entrusted To A Subcontractor, The Contractor Is Liable For The Actions And Omissions Of Such An Entity As Its Own. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Contract With The Subcontractor Be Concluded In Writing. Pursuant To Article 463 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Subcontracting Agreement Cannot Contain Provisions Shaping The Rights And Obligations Of The Subcontractor, In Terms Of Contractual Penalties And Provisions Regarding The Terms Of Payment Of Remuneration, In A Way That Is Less Favorable To The Subcontractor Than The Rights And Obligations Of The Contractor, Shaped By The Provisions Of The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.4. Order Completion Date: Contract Duration: 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Provision Of Services Resulting From The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Proceedings In Question Will Commence From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To The Reservation Referred To In Point 4.3 Of The Swz.4.3. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Starting The Provision Of Services Under Task No. 1 At A Later Date, After The Obligations Arising From The Currently Binding Contract For The Provision Of Postal Services Have Expired. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Need To Start Providing The Services Covered By The Proceedings At Least 3 Days In Advance. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Activities Related To Sending Correspondence Directly To The Ordering Party, Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, In Connection With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Employment Contract Should Be Valid At Least During The Period Of Service Provision. The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Work Performed Directly By Persons Running A Sole Proprietorship.
