1. The Subject Of The Order Is Physical Security (Inside And Outside) From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. In The Building Of The Branch Of The Rzeszów University Of Technology In Stalowa Wola, At Ul. Kwiatkowskiego 4 In Stalowa Wola.2. The Ordering Party Entrusts, And The Contractor Accepts, The Obligation To Provide Physical Security From 06.00 To 22.00 (Inside And Outside) The Building Of The Branch Of The Rzeszów University Of Technology In Stalowa Wola, At Ul. Kwiatkowskiego 4 In Stalowa Wola, The Administrator Of Which Is The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Will Provide Security To The Building 7 Days A Week, Continuously, By At Least 1 Person.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately React And Notify The Appropriate Services, Such As The Intervention Group, Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, About Events That Occurred In The Protected Facility, In Order To Intervene And Restore Order At The Monitored Facility. At The Same Time, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Area Until The Arrival Of The Services Responsible For Incident Management.5. The Contractor Undertakes That All Persons Designated By Him To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement Are Physical Security Employees Within The Meaning Of Applicable Legal Provisions Regulating The Provision Of Security Services For Persons And Property, I.E. Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To: Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700, 2140, Of 2023, Item 240) The Following Activities: Physical Security Workers; 1) The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above As Part Of The Employment Relationship Between Them And The Employer Provide Them In Person, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Employer, Under His Management With Subordination, For Remuneration, With The Right To Leave.2) Providing The Ordering Party, On The Day Of Commencement Of The Order Execution, With A List Of Persons Who Will Perform The Activities Referred To In Point. 1) During Order Processing.
