Part No. 11. Development Of Technical Documentation For The Investment Task Of The Hyżne Commune - Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Field Complex In Hyżne. The Goal Is To Develop Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization Works Of The Existing Sports Field Complex In Hyżne, Together With The Effective Obtaining Of A Building Permit. Due To The Fact That The Complex Of Sports Fields Is Located In The Manor Park Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Registration Number: A-360 Of May 21, 1973, Documentation Must Be Prepared With The Consent Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Task Includes Submitting All Applications For The Issuance Of The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Implement The Investment, Along With Obtaining All Consents And Permits For The Implementation Of The Task. The Design Documentation Will Constitute The Basis For Preparing A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Investment Task In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. By Developing Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Understands The Development Of Complete Technical And Formal And Legal Documentation For The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Detailed Design.2.
