1) Part I - Providing Hotel And Catering Services And Providing Workshop Rooms With Equipment For The Organization Of 3 Meetings As Part Of A Stay For Teenagers In A Development Crisis And Their Adoptive Families. Dates Of The Meetings: May 9 - 10, 2026 (1St Meeting), May 30 - 31, 2026 (2Nd Meeting), June 13 - 14, 2026 (3Rd Meeting). The Total Number Of Participants In The Stay - A Maximum Of 29 People, Including: A Maximum Of 14 Adoptive Parents And A Maximum Of 12 Adopted Children (Aged Approximately 12 To Approximately 16 Years) And 3 People Running The Stay. The Service Includes: Provision Of Accommodation, I.E. 1 Night For A Maximum Of 29 People - In Family Rooms (For Families With Children) And In Single/Double Rooms For Single Use (For Specialists) During Each Three Trips, I.E. In Total: - 87 Nights (I.E. 51 Nights For Adults (17 People X 1 Night X 3 Trips During The Trip) And 36 Nights For Children (12 Children X 1 Night X 3 Trips During The Trip); Provision Of Meals, I.E. 2 Lunches, 1 Dinner, 1 Breakfast, 2 Mini Buffets With Snacks For A Maximum Of 29 People, During Each Three Reunions, I.E. In Total: - 87 Breakfasts (I.E. 51 Breakfasts For Adults (17 People X 1 Breakfast X 3 Reunions) And 36 Breakfasts For Children (12 Children X 1 Breakfast X 3 Reunions); - 174 Lunches (I.E. 102 Lunches For Adults (17 People X 2 Lunches X 3 Reunions) And 72 Lunches For Children (12 Children X 2 Dinners X 3 Reunions);- 87 Dinners (I.E. 51 Dinners For Adults (17 People X 1 Dinner X 3 Reunions) And 36 Dinners For Children (12 Children X 1 Dinner X 3 Reunions);- 174 Mini Buffets (I.E. 102 Mini Buffets For Adults (17 People X 2 Mini Buffets X 3 Reunions) And 72 Mini Buffets For Children (12 Children X 2 Mini Buffets X 3 Meetings); Providing 2 Lecture Rooms With A Capacity Of At Least 30 People, Available For The Entire Duration Of The Outgoing Meetings;  Providing 2 Training Rooms/Double Rooms For Individual Consultations, Available For The Entire Duration Of The Outgoing Meetings;  Providing At Least 8 Free Parking Spaces Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Hotel, During Each Of The Outgoing Meetings; 40% Of The Maximum Order Value. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Execution Of The Order Less Than The Maximum Expected Value.
