The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Manufacture, Sale, Delivery, Assembly) Of Furniture For The Needs Of The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin, For The Needs Of Its Organizational Units. 2. The Subject Of Delivery Is Only New Furniture (No Offers For Used Furniture Are Allowed). The Types Of Furniture To Be Included In The Delivery Under A Given Task, As Well As The Specification Of The Minimum Properties And Other Qualitative And Functional Features Of Furniture And Individual Types Of Furniture Expected By The Ordering Party, As Well As The Required Quantities In Which The Manufactured Furniture Should Be Offered In The Execution Of This Order (Opz) Are Provided In Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications For Individual Tasks. Carrying Out Additional Activities Referred To In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz. Additionally, The Sale And Delivery Of Individual Furniture, Which Is The Subject Of This Order, Includes: Transfer Of Ownership, Transport, Unloading, Bringing In And Assembly Along With Leveling, Granting A Warranty, If In Annex No. 2 Of The Specification It Is Planned To Purchase Household Appliances In This Procedure, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, It Must Be Connected To The Existing Electricity, Water And Sewage Installations.3. The Place Of Delivery, Assembly And Issue Of Furniture To The Ordering Party In The Execution Of This Order Is The Ordering Partys Premises, Implementation Will Take Place In Dziwnów And Łukęcin In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Seaside Towns).4. The Ordering Party Allows Submitting An Offer For Furniture With Dimensions Similar To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Assuming A Dimensional Tolerance Of +/- 5% In Relation To The Model Dimensions, Unless The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) States Otherwise.5. Application Of The Above Tolerance Is Permissible Provided That The Change In Dimensions Does Not Negatively Affect Functionality, Ergonomics And Does Not Prevent The Correct Assembly And Arrangement Of Furniture In The Target Rooms.6. Wherever The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Colors Of Boards Or Materials By Referring To A Specific Manufacturer, Collection Or Decor Number, This Should Be Treated As A Definition Of The Visual Standard. The Contractor May Offer Boards/Materials With As Similar Visual Characteristics And Structure As Possible (Equivalent Solution), Ensuring Aesthetic Consistency With Other Elements Of The Equipment.7. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Annexes Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Special Processes Characterizing Specific Products, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Description.
