The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training Exercise And Nutrition Awareness Workshops For Employees For Employees Of The Piła County Office As Part Of The Task: Training In The Hygiene Of Employees Physical Health.2. The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Eliminating Factors Threatening Health In The Workplace And Improving Work Ergonomics In The County Office In Piła Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program (Few) Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Priority: Fewp.06 European Funds For Wielkopolska With A Stronger Social Dimension; Measure 06.04 Support For Employees And Employers.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 3 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract: Technical And Organizational Activities Related To The Organization Of Training (Does Not Apply To The Personal Performance Of Activities By The Contractor Or Subcontractor) - Performed By The Coordinator - A Person Employed By The Contractor (Or Subcontractor, If The Contractor Entrusts The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor) On The Basis Of An Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 And Of 2024, Items 878 And 1222). The Above Requirements Do Not Apply To Persons Running A Business Or Persons Cooperating With Them (Within The Meaning Of The Act On The Social Security System) Personally Performing The Service. The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control Compliance By The Contractor Of The Above Requirements And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out A Site Visit.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.
