1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Of Bison Feeding Areas Along With Post-Season Maintenance Of Brogues In The Białowieża Forest District In 2026, As An Activity Related To The Implementation Of The Project Managing Bison Migration In Eastern Poland.2. Required Scope Of Work: A. The Service Will Consist In Clearing Hay From Feeding Places For Bisons (Brogues) In 13 Locations; B. Maintenance Of The Bridges, Consisting Of Replacing 4 Damaged Crossbeams (Square Timber 10X10 Cm, 5 M Long), Strengthening The Fastening Of The Crossbeams (Nailing/Tapping/Tightening), Repairing The Sides (Fixing The Detached Boards) And Floors, Stabilizing The Concrete Floor Supports, Etc.; C. Disinfecting Brogues Using Specialized Preparations, E.G. Agrigerm 2000; D. Removal Of Excrements And Hay Residues Accumulated Within A Radius Of 50 M Around The Haystacks In The Vicinity Of Feeding Areas; E. As Part Of The Order, The Missing Substrate Resulting From Cleaning Up The Waste Around 5 Swamps (Forest Address: 422Bg, 422Bf) Should Be Supplemented With Your Own Material - Gravel, Estimated Amount Of Gravel Needed: 40 M3; F. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Excavated Material Resulting From Cleaning And Garbage From The Area Where The Service Is Performed, Outside The Forest Area (Outside The Land Of The Białowieża Forest District).3. After Completing The Task, In The Event Of Destruction Of The Land Surface By Cleaning Machines, The Ordering Party May Indicate The Destruction Of The Area.4. The Feeding Stations Intended For Cleaning Will Be Handed Over According To A Protocol (Based On The Order). The Ordering Party (Representative - Forester For Hunting, Together With The Forester Or Sub-Forester With Territorial Jurisdiction Due To The Location) Will Show The Places Of Feeding.5. Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Of The Works Will Be Carried Out By The Forester For Hunting On The Works Acceptance Protocol Form. The Work Acceptance Reports Will Constitute The Basis For Issuing An Invoice For The Services Provided By The Contractor.6. The Contractor May Use Mechanical Equipment To Clean The Pastures, But Special Attention Should Be Paid To Avoid Any Damage To The Buildings And Surrounding Area.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Functional Equipment And Auxiliary Tools And Has The Appropriate Certificates. 8. The Location Of The Feeding Stations Covered By The Service Is Presented In The Table In Chapter Iii Of The Swz
