Tenders Are Invited For 13/Tp1/Szp-2/2026 Organizing The Stay Of Participants At The 11Th Conference Of Deans Of Faculties Of Polish Universities Offering Energy Studies In The Period From May 6, 2026 To May 8, 2026...
1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Organizing The Stay Of Participants At The 11Th Conference Of Deans Of Polish Universities Faculties Educating In The Field Of Energy In The Period From May 6, 2026 To May 8, 2026 In Kołobrzeg In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Services Will Be Provided Within The Scope Specified In The Swz, The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 And The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Swz, I.E. To The Extent And In The Quantities Given In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Notifying The Contractor Of The Above At Least 5 Days Before The Start Date Of The Conference. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect, Nor Will He Be Entitled To Demand Payment Of Remuneration For The Unprovided Service.4. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Provide The Contractor With A List Of People Participating In The Conference No Later Than 5 Days Before The Commencement Of The Order Execution.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Conference Participants By A Maximum Of 15 People Compared To The Number Indicated In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).6. If A Smaller Number Of People Indicated In Appendix 2 Participate In The Conference, Payment Will Be Made For The Number Of People Actually Participating In It, Including The Number Of Meals Served For This Number Of People.7. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
