The Ordering Party Requires Comprehensive Execution Of The Order, I.E. The Organization And Implementation Of Field Workshops On The Prevention Of Work-Related Diseases For Employees Of Pmsp In Sztum, Pmsp In Słupsk And Pmsp In Starogard Gdański, And In Particular: 1) Providing Accommodation And Meals For Participants, 2) Providing Transport, 3) Insurance For Participants, 4) Developing A Workshop Program, 5) Conducting Workshops In Accordance With The Program Adopted By The Ordering Party, 6) Providing Teaching Staff With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience In Conducting Workshops On Topics Covered By The Subject Of The Order, 7) Providing Workshop Participants With Appropriate Materials And Equipment/Tools Necessary To Conduct The Classes, 8) Preparing And Printing Certificates Confirming The Completion Of The Workshops, 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Architectural, Digital And Information And Communication Accessibility To People With Special Needs, At Least To The Extent Specified By The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411). Accessibility Is Ensured Wherever Possible, Taking Into Account Universal Design.
