The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As Supervision Inspector For The Task: Extension Of The Provincial Road No. 992 Jasło - Zarzecze - Nowy Żmigród - Kąty - Krempna - Świątkowa Mała - Grab, Consisting In The Construction Of A Bridge At Km 23+470 On The River. Wisłoka, Together With The Expansion Of Access Roads And The Demolition, Construction And Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure, Buildings And Construction Equipment In The Town Of Kąty, I.E.: • Providing Management Services, Control And Investor Supervision Over Construction Works Carried Out (Implemented) Under A Separate Contract For Construction Works Concluded As A Result Of The Tender Procedure, • Fulfilling Reporting Obligations And Cooperation In This Respect With The Ordering Partys Services, Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Investment Task - Contract. In Addition, The Supervision Inspector Is Liable Under The Guarantee And Warranty; - For The Entire Period Of The Contractors Liability In This Respect - Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works Without The Right To Additional Remuneration, - The Supervision Inspectors Guarantee And Warranty Is Extended By The Period Of Extension Of The Guarantee And Warranty Of The Works Contractor.
