Tenders Are Invited For Organizing Summer Recreation In The Form Of Stationary Camps, Including The Implementation Of A Sociotherapeutic Program.

Part I - 10-Day Summer Camp For 33 Children And School Youth With A Place Of Rest In A Town Located By The Polish Seaside. Accommodation Of Participants Must Take Place In A Building Or Brick Buildings. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Accommodation In Tents, Camping Houses Or Pavilions. The Standard Of The Premises, Its Equipment And Available Sanitary, Recreational And Sports Facilities Will Be Assessed Under The Criterion Standard Of The Recreation Facility. A Recreation Facility Is Understood As A Building Or A Complex Of Buildings Located At A Distance Of No More Than 500 M From Each Other, Meeting The Requirements Of Safety, Fire Protection, Environmental Protection And Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions Specified In The Relevant Regulations. The Selected Facility Must Provide A Number Of Accommodation Places Corresponding To The Number Of Participants In A Given Stay. The Rooms Must Be Equipped With Efficient Heating Systems, Enabling Additional Heating Of The Rooms Depending On The Prevailing Weather Conditions. Each Room Must Be Equipped With Single Beds With A Set Of Clean Bedding, Wardrobes And Bedside Tables (Handy) For Each Participant. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Bunk Beds. The Contractor Provides A Separate Common Room (Classroom) In The Facility, Equipped With At Least One Tv With A Diagonal Of At Least 40 Inches For Shared Use By Children, Audio-Video Equipment And A Computer Station With Internet Access. The Common Room Must Be Equipped With Teaching And Recreational Materials, Including: Books, Magazines, Board Games (At Least 2 Different Games For Each Group) And Art Materials (Sets Of Crayons And Markers, Pencils, Photocopier Paper, Drawing Pads, Etc.) In Quantities Ensuring The Implementation Of The Program For All Participants. The Facility Must Provide Full Hygienic And Sanitary Facilities With 24-Hour Access To Running Hot And Cold Water. The Sanitary Standard Must Guarantee At Least One Sanitary Facility (Toilet) And One Shower Station For A Maximum Of 10 Recreation Participants. The Area Immediately Adjacent To The Recreation Facility Must Be Fully Fenced, Lit And Protected Against Access By Unauthorized Persons. The Development Of The Area (Including Surfaces, Pedestrian Paths And Small Architecture) Must Ensure The Full Safety Of Participants During Recreation And Outdoor Activities. All Sports Equipment And Recreational Devices Made Available To Participants (In Particular The Equipment Of Sports Fields, Playgrounds, Gyms And Other Recreational Facilities) Must Have Current Safety Approvals And Certificates In Accordance With Applicable Standards (E.G. Ce Certificate Or Compliance With The Pn-En Standard). The Contractor Guarantees That The Technical Condition Of The Equipment Is Systematically Monitored And Ensures Full Safety Of Use.
