Purpose Of The Workshops: The Main Goal Of The Workshops Is To Develop Students Communication Competences And Develop The Skills Of Constructive, Negotiated Conflict Resolution. The Workshops Are Aimed At Deepening The Understanding Of The Essence Of Conflict, Learning Effective Strategies For Dealing With Difficult Situations And Counteracting Aggressive Behavior And Violence. An Important Element Of The Classes Is The Development Of The Ability To Understand The Other Partys Perspective, Training In Recognizing, Naming And Expressing Ones Own Feelings And Needs, As Well As Strengthening Empathy And Responsible Communication. 1) Dimension: 24 Hours For The Duration Of The Contract. In Each School Year, 1 Workshop Lasting 2 Hours For 1 Group. Methodology: In Each Of The 3 School Years, The Contractor Will Conduct Workshops For 4 Groups (20 People Each) In 1 Meeting, 2 Hours Each. Total Within The Order: 2 Clock Hours For 1 Group, 24 Clock Hours For 12 Groups. 2) Groups: 4 Groups Of 20 People X 3 Years A Total Of 8 Hours In Each School Year. A Total Of 240 Students Of The 1St Secondary School In Radzyń Podlaski Will Be Covered By The Workshop Service. 3) Deadline: From The Date Of Signing The Contract For A Period Of Three School Years: 2025/2026, 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Project Implementation Period). The Service Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party.
