The Subject Of The Order Is An Expert Service To Complement The Competences Of The Team Of Contractors And Support The Implementation Of The Sbees: South Baltic Digital Electromobility Enabling Services Project, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Scope Of Work Divided Into Work Packages: 2.1. Wp1 A) Participation In Online Meetings (On Average 2/Month) And All Stationary Meetings. B) Support In The Preparation And Delivery Of Contributions To Periodic Reports (Substantive Input, Progress Data, Hourly Reporting), Assistance With Periodic Reports. C) Representing The Supporting Partner In The Work Of Project Committees/Teams - Minimum 8 Meetings.2.2. Wp2a) Co-Creation Of Promotional Materials: Leaflets, Presentations, Short Films And Graphics - At Least 9 Promotional Materials.B) Participation In Dissemination Events, Including At Least One Industry Event (E.G. Electromobility Fair).C) Support In The Preparation And Conduct Of Cross-Border Workshops - At Least 1 Workshop.2.3. Wp3a) Participation In The Refinement Of The Data Model And Information Requirements For Electromobility.B) Co-Creation Of Specifications For Database Structures And Worksheets For Mapping And Forecasting Tools For Electromobility.C) Determination Of Result Sets And Data Quality Criteria For Electromobility.D) Co-Creation Of A Tool For Mapping The Location Of Vehicles, Charging Points And Network Constraints.E) Support In The Preparation And Conduct Of A Cross-Project Seminar With The Participation Of Partners From Other Projects Financed By Eu Programs Implemented In The Maritime Region Baltic – Minimum 1 Seminar.2.4. Wp4a) Development Of Data Acquisition Schedules (Open Data, Scraping) Along With Validation Procedures. B) Preparation Of A Methodology For Calculating Energy Storage Needs. C) Participation In The Development And Testing Of Vehicle-To-Grid Model Assumptions. D) Development And Testing Of A Mapping/Scraping Tool Prototype. E) Participation In Tool Tests In At Least One Reference Area In Poland.
