Purchase And Delivery Of A Language Laboratory For The Primary School In Jeżów As Part Of The Project Entitled: Strengthening The Potential Of General Education In Niżański County. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 3 - Opz - Auxiliary Offer Form. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, And Must Not Show Signs Of Use. All Equipment Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Contain Appropriate, Current And Required Documents Informing About Admission To Sale And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out By Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Deliver And Hand Over The Equipment In Original Packaging Along With Operational Documentation, Warranty, Operation And Maintenance Manual, Etc. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Included In The Price, And Will Ensure Unloading From The Means Of Transport And Bringing The Delivery To The Premises Of The School Building During Working Hours After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. If The Ordering Party Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Should Be Understood As Exemplary Minimum Parameters Expected By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Approved For Use. The Ordering Party Will Consider Solutions As Equivalent If Their Application Does Not Change The Described Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of Delivery. In The Event That The Ordering Party Referred To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Indicates That They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz And Its Annexes. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Reference System Referred To In Art. Is Indicated In This Swz Together With Its Annexes. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, Using Available Means Of Evidence, That The Solutions Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Equivalent Degree.
