The Subject Of The Task Is: Organization Of Psychological Counseling, Addiction Prevention, Social Workshops And Specialist Support For 59 People As Part Of The Implementation Of A Public Task In The Field Of Social Assistance Under The Name: Providing Active Social Integration Services For Participants Of The Everyone Different - All Equal Project, The Main Goal Of Which Is The Social Activation Of People At Risk Of Poverty Or Social Exclusion In The Bobowa Commune. Scope Of Support: A) Psychological Counseling – 177 Hours (59 People X 3 Hours). An Hour Of Support Is Assumed To Be 60 Minutes.B) Addiction Prevention - 20 Hours (For 1 Person). An Hour Of Support Is Assumed To Be 60 Minutes. C) Interpersonal Communication Workshops For 37 People: - Stationary Workshops (In The Bobowa Commune) Lasting 18 Hours In 2 Groups Of 10 People, 18 Hours Per Group. The Contractor Should Include The Costs Of The Trainers Remuneration, Coffee Service, Lunch And Training Materials. - Off-Site Workshops (3 Days) Lasting 18 Hours (In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship) For 1 Group Of 17 People With Full Board And Accommodation, Personal Accident Insurance And Transport To And From Bobowa. An Hour Of Support Includes 45 Minutes Of Educational Activities And A 15-Minute Break. D) Stress Management Workshops For 35 People: - Stationary Workshops (In The Bobowa Commune) Lasting 18 Hours In 2 Groups Of 10 People, 18 Hours Per Group. The Contractor Should Include The Costs Of The Trainers Remuneration, Coffee Service, Lunch And Training Materials. - Off-Site Workshops (3 Days) Lasting 18 Hours (In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship) For 1 Group Of 15 People With Full Board And Accommodation, Personal Accident Insurance And Transport To And From Bobowa. An Hour Of Support Includes 45 Minutes Of Educational Activities And A 15-Minute Break). E) Workshops On Navigating The Labor Market For 28 People: On-Site Workshops Lasting 18 Hours In Groups Of Approx. 10 People (3 Groups Of 18 Hours Each). The Contractor Should Include The Costs Of The Trainers Remuneration, Coffee Service, Lunch And Training Materials. An Hour Of Support Includes 45 Minutes Of Educational Activities And A 15-Minute Break. F) Specialized Support: - Speech Therapy Services For 40 Hours/Up, A Total Of 80 Hours For 2 People. An Hour Of Support Is Assumed To Be 60 Minutes - Robotics Workshops For 2 People, 40 Hours/Up, A Total Of 80 Hours. An Hour Of Support Is Assumed To Be 60 Minutes. Note: The Participants Of The Task In Question Also Take Part In Another Project, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Establish A Schedule Of Classes With The Ordering Party So That The Classes Do Not Conflict With Each Other.
