Committed to creating an environment where individuals can achieve their highest potential, the foundation focuses on community health care, economic and human capacity building, sustainable community development, and livelihood. MDSFs mission is rooted in providing support to help people overcome life challenges and to make a positive impact on the Bekaa community. B2. Project Context MDSF is requesting proposals for the production of visual content to support its programs. The objective is to create high-quality multimedia materials that document activities, highlight program impact, and enhance community awareness and engagement through professional photography and videography. B3. Objective of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to engage a qualified service provider to: .Capture and produce high-quality visual content (photos and videos) .Edit and deliver professional multimedia materials .Develop promotional content including reels and a final highlight video .Support communication and awareness efforts of MDSF programs B4. Scope of Work / Deliverables The selected service provider shall be responsible for: 1. Photography · Capture high-quality images of events, activities, and key moments · Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition · Maintain consistency with MDSF branding guidelines · Deliver edited photos in: · High-resolution format · Web-optimized format 2. Videography Record video coverage of: Events Interviews Program activities Edit footage into: Short videos/reels Full-length videos as required Include: Subtitles Background music Branding elements and graphics 3. Content Delivery Deliver all materials within agreed timelines Coordinate with the MDSF communication team for reviews and approvals Organize and archive all media files for future use B5. Reporting & Supervision High-quality photographs covering program sessions and activities Two (2) engaging reels, including testimonials (social media optimized) One (1) final video summarizing the program (including editing, subtitles, branding elements) B6. Reporting & Supervision The service provider will coordinate with and report to the MDSF Communication Team or designated focal point. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: C1. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL (Envelope 1) The Technical Proposal must include: Proposed technical approach and methodology Detailed work plan with timeline and milestones Profile and relevant experience Team composition: CVs of key personnel Copy of the ID Copy of registration / legal status documents Copy of the MOF Certificate. Do NOT include any pricing in the Technical Proposal envelope. The Financial Proposal must include: Detailed budget breakdown by deliverable or activity Daily/unit rates for all personnel (if applicable) All applicable taxes are stated separately Payment schedule linked to deliverables Any assumptions or exclusions clearly stated Validity: prices held firm for 90 calendar days from submission deadline Financial Proposals are opened ONLY after the technical evaluation is completed, and a minimum technical score of 70/100 is achieved.
