Tenders Are Invited For Supply, Packaging And Delivery Of Humanitarian Kits To Support Populations Affected By The Recent Escalation Of Conflict

Tenders are invited for Supply, Packaging and Delivery of Humanitarian Kits to Support Populations Affected by the Recent Escalation of Conflict in Lebanon in March 2026. The procurement is part of the emergency response implemented by COOPI under the initiative Iniziativa di primissima emergenza in risposta al conflitto in Libano (AID 013508/01/0) and aims to ensure rapid access to essential non-food items for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable populations. The tender is divided into multiple LOTS corresponding to different types of kits, including hygiene kits, menstrual hygiene management (MHM) kits, baby kits, cleaning and disinfection kits, and psychosocial support (PSS) kits. Each LOT will be evaluated and awarded independently. Tenderers may apply for one or more LOTS. The selected supplier(s) will enter into an Agreement with COOPI for the duration of the project. Supplies will be requested through Purchase Orders based on operational needs and evolving humanitarian priorities. All items must comply with sectoral standards and COOPI technical specifications. The contractor shall ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of supplies to designated locations across Lebanon, including North Lebanon, Akkar, Bekaa, Beirut, and other areas as required.
