Tenders are invited for Supply of 04 Welfare Vehicles on Rent Basis for Jaffna East, Jaffna West, Wanni North & Wanni South Areas of Northern Province. Relevant Application Form can be obtained from Operations Manager (Northern Province), Bank of Ceylon, Northern Province Office, Hospital Road, Jaffna or relevant Area Office (Kilinochchi, Vavuniya) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500/- + Social Security Levy + VAT. Bids should be deposited in the tender box available at Operations Manager, Bank of Ceylon, Northern Province Office, Jaffna or by registered post to reach the below address at or before 3 p.m. on 21.04.2026. Selected applicant should deposit Rs. 50,000/- (Refundable at termination of the contract period) as Security.
