Tenders are invited for Collection and Disposal of Wastes and Related Services at DCA, RLIC, MIC, TD AND OCM Bond: QAR 1200000 Fee: QAR 500 Tender Issue Period: 29/03/26 - 02/04/26 Bid Closing Date: 17/05/26 Bond Validity: 14/10/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date OfferValidity: 14/09/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: THIS IS A CONSOLIDATED TENDER COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF WASTES AND RELATED SERVICES AT DCA, RLIC, MIC, TD AND OCM The Scope of Services consist of five (5) parts as below for the proposed five (5) Contracts respectively: - 1.,,Part A - Collection and disposal of wastes and related services at DCA. Contractor shall perform the collection, disposal and transportation of recyclable wastes to QatarEnergy approved recycling vendors of non-hazardous solid waste, general/ site/beach/stormwater cleaning, clearing of plumbing/drain/line blockages, raw sewage collection and disposal, TSE and potable water delivery using tankers, sewer and TSE networks maintenance, and tanker services at DCA, on routine and Call-off basis. 2.,,Part B - Collection and disposal of wastes and related services at RLIC. Contractor shall perform the collection and disposal of domestic and industrial non-hazardous waste, litter picking, collection, transportation and delivery of potable water, collection and transportation of sewage and sludge, cleaning of roads, paved areas, storm /drain water ditches and cleaning of traffic signals and signboards, provision of toilets and containers toilet blocks within the Coverage Area at RLIC and transportation of recyclable wastes to MIC or other QatarEnergy approved recycling vendors, on routine and Call-off basis. 3.,,Part C - Collection and disposal of wastes and related services at MIC, Mesaieed Operations and Refinery. Contractor shall perform collection, transportation and disposal of domestic and industrial non-hazardous wastes, litter picking, road sweeping, side walk/pavement cleaning, clearing gabbro aggregate spillages and accumulated sand and clearing illegally dumped wastes and storm water ditches, removal of accumulated rain water and responding to any emergency situation related to the road traffic accident, within the Coverage Area at MIC, Mesaieed Operations and Refinery, on routine and Call-off basis. 4.,,Part D - Collection and disposal of wastes and related services at TD. CONTRACTOR shall perform refuse/garbage collection, sewage/cesspit emptying, clearing of sewer blockages, road sweeping and other allied services at TDOC Mesaimeer, Abunakhla site office and TD Stations located outside Industrial Cities. The Services shall be performed on Call-off basis. 5.,,Part E - PROVISION OF DEWATERING & OILY WASTE MATERIALS Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale periods end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with QatarEnergy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by QatarEnergy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained. QatarEnergy reserves its right, in its own discretion, to set and recall Tender Issue Periods. d) No queries will be entertained, or bids received, from entities who have not purchased tender documents in compliance with the above provisions. e) All prospective Contractors/suppliers interested to participate in QatarEnergy Tenders are required to register and obtain a QatarEnergy SAP Vendor Code, a mandatory requirement for the issue of Tender Document. f) All bidders shall ensure that the business/company name, contact persons and other details in all relevant documents to reflect the details as stated in the commercial registration documents. g) Bidders/Contractors, who are registered with QatarEnergy and possess a QatarEnergy SAP Vendor ID, shall with immediate effect ensure that any change to the vendor details is updated with QatarEnergy via e-Registration to ensure smooth processing of Tender, Contract and Payment related matters without any delay.
