The bag must fit a pot with a capacity of between 1 to 4 litres. The Smart Cooker bags must be a Wonderbag or similar brand. Each bag must consist of: An inner layer of insulation containing e.g. a polyurethane (PU) foam or a blend or recycled PU which has the power to continue to cook your food in the bag. (NB: heat retention). With an outer layer covering of polyester-cotton blend textiles in different bright colours with a toggle drawstring. The top of the smart cooker bag must close with a toggle to cinch the bag tightly around a pot, sealing in the heat to allow food to cook slowly over several hours.
