Expression of Interest for LeaseOffice Space and/ or Land for Development within Lagos Mainland Date Added: March 31, 2026 Deadline: 20/04/2026 Category: Property A reputable organization with operations in Lagos Nigeria mainland, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Owners or Lease Holders of properties and or vacant land approved for commercial or institutional purpose for office use. A. Option 1: Property Requirements for Lease 1. Location: The property must be located within Lagos Mainland, specifically within in the GRA, Ikeja Lagos or a maximum 5 km radius outside the GRA. 2. Property details: The property must be duly approved for commercial or institutional use. It must be free from any liabilities, litigation, or encumbrances regarding ownership, with no outstanding payments. All necessary clearances from relevant Lagos State authorities confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. It must have a perimeter wall. 3. Utilities: The premises must have a 24-hour electricity supply from NEPA, with a dedicated meter exclusively for the company. 24-hour running water and adequate parking space for at least 20 vehicles. 4. Accessibility: The property must be easily accessible and well-connected to public transportation. If it is a multi-storey building, there must be a functional lift/elevator. 5. Availability: The property must be available for a lease term of at least 10 years, with fixed rental rates for the first 5 years. 6. Rental Rates: Rental rates must be exclusive of taxes. Rates should be quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The fixed rental rates for the first 5 years must be clearly indicated. 7. Taxes and Levies: Property taxes shall be borne by the property owner. The interested company will be responsible only for Land Use Charges and Signage Taxes payable to the Lagos State Government. 8. Responsibilities of the Property Owner: The property owner shall allow the following, but not be limited to: Insuring the property against loss or damage caused by fire, storms, or any other standard risks and grant permission to the interested company to install and construct within the premises mobile structures, signage, flags, equipment, and other fixtures. B. Option 2: Vacant Land for lease Size: It should be at least one (1) acre or 0.405 Hectares maximum two (2) acres. It must be free from any liabilities, litigation, or encumbrances regarding ownership with no outstanding payments. Availability: The property must be available for a lease term of at least 20 years, with fixed rental rates for the first 5 years. The owner should allow the interested company to construct mobile or semi permanent structures and support when required to solicit approvals from Lagos State government related bodies.
