The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide qualified Elevator Maintenance, Repair, Testing and Inspection Services on a scheduled and as needed basis from July 1, 2026, and remain in effect through June 30, 2031 with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
