The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Provide Services For The Production, Coordination And Implementation Of The Vitacura Entrepreneurship Fair May 2026, Which Will Be Held In The Parking Sector, Located Next To The Municipality Of Vitacura, On Av. Bicentenario N°3,800, Commune Of Vitacura. The Implementation Of The Fair Must Contain At Least; Structures, Equipment And Complementary Services Such As; Tent With Cover For All Spaces, Structures For The Stands, Chairs, Tables, Lighting, Amplification, Climate Equipment, Implementation For The Food Area, Graphics, Security Service, Cleaning Service, And Free Services, Among Others, With The Purpose That These Are Adequate To The Needs Of The Exhibitors Of The Event And Ensuring The Optimal Development Of The Activity, In Accordance With What Is Indicated In These Bae, Bt And Other Requirements Of This Tender. The Entrepreneurs Fair Is Aimed At Entrepreneurial Neighbors, Local Businesses In The Commune And Entrepreneurs From The Communes With Which The Municipality Of Vitacura Has An Agreement. The Fair Seeks To Promote Economic Development In The Commune, Promote The Circular Economy, Promoting Through These Events The Opportunity To Make Visible The Enterprises And Commerce Established In The Commune. It Is Aimed Primarily At The Residents Of Vitacura, As Well As The Community In General. The Defined Object Must Be Executed Referentially On May 8, 9 And 10 Of The Year 2026, Within A Period Of Eight 8 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Certificate Of Start Of The Service, Including In This Period, Its Assembly Three 3 Days, Fair Three 3 Days And Dismantling Two 2 Days, In Accordance With What Is Indicated In These Bae, Bt, Bag, Modifications And Responses To Queries If Applicable And In The Contract, As Well As In Other Documents Of This Bidding Process.
