These Areas Are In The Main Located Around Ifc5 Which Was The First Ifc Building To Be Constructed And Are On The Main Public Walk Through For Trenton Square.We Need To Carry Out Repair Works To The Area So That Trip Hazards Are Eliminated And To Keep The High Level Of Finishes For The Area.Eligibility Criteria As Part Of The Pre-Qualification Process Interested Parties Must Demonstrate:•That They Are Established Locally In Jersey•Have Proven Experience In Delivering Construction Projects Of Comparable Scale And Complexity•Commitment To Sustainability And Social Value Outcomes•Robust Health And Safety Record•Capacity To Mobilise And Deliver Within The Proposed Timeframe•That They Are An Active Member Of The Jersey Safety Council Behavioural Safety Scheme.Submission Detailseois Must Be Submitted By 12:00 On 10Th April 2026 Via The Proactics Portal.
