In Line Inspection / Pigging Services And Related Reporting For Natural Gas Pipelines The Scope Of The Contract Encompasses In Line Inspection Services And Subsequent Related Reporting For Natural Dry Gas Carbon Steel Pipelines With Diameters Ranging From 4” To 48”, Lengths From 2.5 To 250 Km And A Pressure Range Between Approx. 30 To 125 Barg. Characteristics Of The Gasunie Pipe Grid Include Amoungst Others: 1) Dual Diameter Sections 2) “Back To Back” Tees And Bends 3) 1.5 D Bends (Min.) 4) Full Bore Ball Valves Gasunie Specifically Draws Tenderers Attention To The Following Aspects Of The Services Required Under The Contract: 1) Inspections Are Carried Out Under Normal Operating Conditions, Which Excludes The Use Of Other Media Required For Successful Inspection (I.E. The Use Of Nitrogen Axis Propulsion Medium). 2) Cleaning/Gaugerun(S) Are Required Prior To Intelligent Ili Run 3) An Intelligent Ili Consisting Of A Geometry Check And Wall Thickness Degradation Measurement Is Ideally Executed In One Run.
