Tenders Are Invited For Object Security And Hosting Control Room

Security Consisting Of Two Lots, Namely: Lot A: Object Security, Hosting Control Room And Surveillance Lot B: 24-Hour Security Of The Municipal Shelter Ukrainians (The Goo Locations) This Contract Is A Government Contract With A Total Estimated Value Of € 20,700,000 Excl. Vat On Both Plots. An Agreement Will Be Concluded Per Plot. The Total Estimated Value Per Plot Is Divided As Follows: Plot A: The Estimated Value Per Year For The Plot Object Security, Hosting Control Room And Surveillance Is €320,000 Per Year. The Maximum Expected Duration Of The Agreement Is 10 Years. The Total Estimated Value Of This Plot Is Then (10* €320,000) €3,200,000. Plot B: The Estimated Value Per Year For The Plot Of 24-Hour Security Of The Municipal Shelter Ukrainians (The Goo Locations) Is €3,500,000 Per Year. The Maximum Expected Duration Of The Agreement Is 5 Years. The Total Estimated Value Of This Plot Is (5*€3,500,000) €17,500,000. It Is Important To Note That No Rights Can Be Derived From These Estimates. There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty In The Flexibility Of These Agreements That Cannot Be Quantified. Consider, For Example, Unexpectedly More Effort Or Possible Collective Labor Agreement Increases. For This Reason, A Maximum Value Of 130% Of The Aforementioned Amounts Is Maintained In Both Separate Agreements. This Is To Prevent The Agreement(S) From Having To End Before The Term Of The Agreement(S) Expires If The Estimated Total Value Is Exceeded.
