The Object Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of Dry Toilets (Portable Waterless Toilets) Suitable For Everyone At The Beaches Of The Loviisa City Area, Weekly Maintenance And Emptying, As Well As Final Maintenance And Removal. The Procurement Also Includes Dry Toilet Service For Individual And Occasional Events. One Supplier Will Be Selected For The Procurement. The Selection Criteria Is The Overall Economic Affordability (Cheapest Price). The Total Price Is Used As A Basis For Comparison, The Basis Of Which Can Be Found In The Price Section. The Procurement Includes Three Areas, For Which A Total Of Five Different Prices Are Given. The Tenderer Must Offer For All Areas. Partial Offers Are Not Accepted. The Dry Toilet Service Is Mainly Only For Seasonal Use, And The Estimated Annual Usage Period Of The Dry Toilet Service At The Beaches Is 1.6.–31.8. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is May 15, 2026, And The Contract Period Ends On September 30, 2028. The Purchase Includes One (1) Year-Long Option Period For The Season 2028–2029. The Customer Has The Right To Change, Extend Or Shorten The Estimated Period Of Use, And The Number And Location Of The Sites May Change If Conditions Change, Or If There Is A Need Outside Of Seasonal Use Or If New Sites Become Available.
