The Services Related To Suitability Assessments Are Used In The Recruitment Of People At Expert, Supervisor Or Manager And Management Level. The Need Varies Each Year, Depending On, For Example, The Number Of Changes In The Customers Personnel. Recruitment Is Done For Industries Related To The Operation Of Municipalities. Through The Suitability Assessment, The Aim Is To Predict The Applicants Success In Relation To The Position Being Applied For. The Service Provider Must Be Able To Carry Out Different Types Of Assignments, Because The Municipalities Field Of Tasks Is Wide. To Ensure Successful Recruitments, The Service Provider Must Offer Professional And Versatile Views And Implementation Methods In Suitability Assessments. The Goal Of The Evaluation Is To Obtain Objective Additional Information About The Applicant And His/Her Suitability For The Position Being Applied For. The Suitability Assessment Supplements The Information Produced By The Interview And Supports The Recruitment Decision. The Service To Be Procured Is Described In Appendix 1 Service Description Of The Suitability Assessment. The Service Must Be Implemented With The Content And Quality Level In Accordance With Appendix 1 And The Implementation Description Prepared By The Provider. The Number Of Suitability Assessments Included In The Assignment Is Determined Per Order And May Be Further Refined As The Recruitment Process Progresses. The Customer Does Not Commit To Purchase A Fixed Amount Of Service From The Service Provider During The Contract Period, But The Service Is Purchased As Needed Under The Terms Of This Tender. A Maximum Of Three (3) Service Providers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement, From Which The Customer Can Choose The Supplier Best Suited To The Needs Of The Orders Or Use A Mini-Competition Among The Suppliers Of The Framework Arrangement. The Contract Period Begins With The Signature Of The Contract And Is Valid Indefinitely. The Notice Period Is Three (3) Months.
