The Food Agency Is Requesting A Bid For Facilitation, Training And Expert Services Aimed At Operators Of The Rural Network In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Implementations That Are The Subject Of Procurement Support The Implementation And Effectiveness Of Eu Rural Funding And The Preparation Of The New Funding Period. The Procurement Object Is Divided Into The Partial Implementations/Work Packages Below As Follows:1. Further Development Workshop Of The Eip Measure (Planning, Implementation And Final Summary Of The Workshop)2. Sparring Program For Leaders Of Rural Authorities (Yta) (Planning, Implementation And Final Summary Of The Sparring Program)3. Innovation Camp For Result-Based Environmental Subsidies And Financing Models (Planning, Implementation And Final Summary Of The Innovation Camp)4. Virtual Effectiveness Training For Rural Development Projects (Planning, Implementation And Final Summary Of The Training Package) The Schedules Of The Different Partial Implementations/Work Packages Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 1. Due To Scheduling Reasons In Some Of The Work Packages, The Implementation Date Begins With A Very Fast Schedule, E.G. Planning And Implementation In May 2026. Bidders Should Note And Familiarize Themselves With The More Detailed Specifications Of The Work Packages/Partial Implementations In Appendix 1 Description Of The Procurement Object. The Procurement Is Treated As A Total Procurement, Partial Offers Are Not Accepted. The Procured Service Is Implemented As A Complete Solution In Such A Way That The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For And Takes Care Of The Implementation Of The Service.
