Exercise Of Independent Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Of Constructions On The Territory Of The Omurtag Municipality In Three Separate Positions The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into 4 (Four) Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of A Building - Reconstruction Of Krayna Street, Obitel Village, From Site 14 To Site 9 With A Length Of 500 M; Separate Position No. 2: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Building - Reconstruction Of Preslav Street, Village Of Gorna Hubavka From Road No. 38 To Road No. 16 And From Road No. 72 To Road No. 44 With A Length Of 266 M Separate Position No. 3: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of A Building - Reconstruction Of Chaika Street In The Village Of Rutlina From Site 2 To Site 14 With A Length Of 300 M; Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Individual Positions. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Main Activities: Implementation Of Consulting Services In The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site Acc. Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 2, Art. 168 And Art. 169B, Para. 1 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And By-Laws, Including Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3/2003 Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works; Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On Technical Passports For Constructions.
