The System Will Be Used For Research And Development Activities Focused On The Production And Concentration Of Food And Agri-Food Products. The Equipment Must Be Suitable For Generating Concentrated Food Products Under Controlled Conditions Representative Of Pilot-Scale Processing. The System Shall Be Designed For Safe And Efficient Operation By A Single Trained Operator. The Evaporator Must Be Capable Of Processing A Wide Range Of Liquid Food Matrices With Varying Viscosities And Fat Compositions Without Flow Instability Or Fouling Issues. Applications Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Fruit And Vegetable Juices, Plant And Marine Extracts, Nutritional And Functional Food Formulations, Other Liquid Agri-Food Products The System Must Ensure Stable Flow, Effective Heat Transfer, And Reliable Concentration Performance Across Different Product Types.
