Design And Execution Of Works: Transregio Feleac Tr 35 Road - Stage I Metropolitan Belt Tr 35 And Link Roads - Phase I Metropolitan Belt Tr 35 And Link Roads, Lot 3: Tr35 Road Between Km 19+600 And Km 24+365, Including Junction 8-(Bessarabiei), Junction 9 (Frunzișului), With The Tunnels 1+2+3 And The Connecting Road Dl B8 (Tr 35 Nod 9 – Strada Frunzișului In The Municipality Of Cluj-Napoca) According To The Attached Technical Documentation; In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Authority Establishes A Response Deadline For Clarifications: Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers - Which Will Be Answered 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers - Provisional Amounts Of The Implementation Reserves As They Are Included In The Estimated Value Defined In The General Clauses Approved By Gd No. 1/2018, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Respectively Art. 13 Of Anap Instruction No. 1/2021 And Not The Amount Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Duration Of The Contract 48 Months From Point Ii.2.7 Refers To Design 17 Months And 31 Months Execution
