The Object Of The Contract, As A Result Of The Procurement Procedure, Is The Provision Of All The Services And The Execution Of The Works Identified In The Award Documentation, Which Will Include: - The Development Of The Technical Solution, Including The Description, From A Technological, Constructive, Technical, Functional, Architectural And Economic Point Of View, Of The Main Works For The Basic Investment, Correlated With The Qualitative, Technical And Performance Level Resulting From The Proposed Technical-Economic Indicators; - Elaboration Of The Technical Execution Project Containing Written Parts, Drawn Parts, Economic Part And Execution Details; - The Purchase Of All Materials And Products Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; Execution Of Construction/Assembly Works; - Any Activity Or Provisional Work Necessary For The Preparation Of The Construction Site, For The Execution Of The Works, The Realization Of The Activities And Temporary Works; - The Transport To The Construction Site Of Any Materials, Machines, Components And Work Equipment, Of Any Normal Or Extraordinary Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; - Any Testing And Relevant Tests, As They Are Required By The Legislation And Regulations In Force For The Field Of Quality Assurance System In Constructions; - Any Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And The Carrying Out Of The Tests; Normal And Extraordinary Maintenance Of The Works Until They Are Handed Over To The Contracting Authority; - Activities And Supplies Necessary To Keep The Site Clean And Functional, Dismantling And Removing Any Temporary Works Or Activities; - The Preparation Of Any Documentation Required By The Contractor For The Execution Of The Works, Documentation That Includes But Is Not Limited To: - The Schedule For The Realization Of The Investment (Physical And Value); - The Quality Plan For The Execution Of The Works; - The Quality Control Plan, Checks And Tests (Pccvi); - The Maintenance Plan; - Documenting The Information And Preparing The Necessary Documents For The Construction Technical Book. The Actual Installation Of The Photovoltaic System Will Be In Accordance With The Technological Flow Established At The Visual Check At The Completion Of Each Of The Stages Considered Decisive, And The Transition To The Next Stage Is Made Only After The Acceptance In Writing Of The Verification Of The Decisive Phases By The Nominated Representative Of The Contracting Authority. All Materials Used In The Installation Will Comply With The List Of Materials In The Works Estimate And Contained In The List Of Materials Following The Technical Execution Project Approved By The Contracting Authority.
