Technical Documentation Drafting Services For Obtaining Water Management Authorizations For Three Objectives Under The Management Of The Bucharest Branch, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Om No. 3147/2023 Regarding The Approval Of The Procedure For Issuing The Water Management Authorization. In The Period 2026-2027, It Is Necessary To Draw Up The Technical Documentation For Obtaining Water Management Authorizations For 23 Lea Crossings Over Watercourses And For Two Power Stations. The Documentation Will Be Structured As Follows: • Lea 220 – 400 Kv Giurgiu County O Lea 400 Kv Domnești – Urechești O Lea 400 Kv Bucharest South – Slatina O Lea 400 Kv Domnești – Brazi West O Lea 220 Kv Bucharest South – Ghizdaru • The Water Supply And Wastewater Discharge System Within The 400/110/20 Kv Gura Electrical Transformer Station Ialomita. • The Water Supply And Waste Water Discharge System Within The 400/220/110 Kv Brazi West Substation. The Provider Will Submit The Documentation To An Apele Romanian And Will Modify/Complete The Documentation According To Anars Requests Until The Water Management Authorizations Are Issued. Requests Subsequent To The Submission Of The Documentation Formulated By Anar Through The Subordinate Structures For Completion/Modification Of The Submitted Documentation, Which Belong To The Provider, Will Be Resolved By Him Within The Terms Established By Anar Or Within 15 Days As The Case May Be, Until The Water Management Authorizations Are Obtained, Without The Right To Request Changes To The Contract Value. The Payment Of Fees For Issuing Water Management Authorizations Will Be Made By The Purchaser And Is Not The Subject Of This Purchase. Any Other Expenses Generated By The Preparation Of Technical Documentation Will Be Borne By The Provider.
