Primary School Construction Work - Work On The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Primary School Siniša Glavašević In Vukovar. The Subject Of Procurement Is Works On The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Sinisa Glavašević Primary School Building In Vukovar At The Address Dr. Ante Starčevića 5, Id No. 166 Hp Vukovar, In Accordance With The Prepared Project Documentation - The Main And Executive Project. The Goal Of The Project Is To Provide Spatial And Functional Conditions For The Implementation Of The Educational Program Of Full-Day Classes And To Provide Adequate Spaces For Modern Teaching Methods And The Work Of All School Employees. The Project Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing School Building And The Addition Of New Spaces Necessary For The High-Quality Functioning Of The School. The Existing School Building Consists Of Four Floors (Basement, Ground Floor And Two Floors) And Two Basic Volumes: The Main School Volume Built In 1936, Which Is Part Of The Cultural-Historical Complex Of Bata-Villa And Protected As A Cultural Asset, And The Sports Hall Complex That Was Built Later. Considering The Status Of A Cultural Asset, Conservation Supervision By The Competent Authority Is Foreseen During The Execution Of The Works. The Works Include The Reconstruction Of The Existing Premises Of The School And The Addition Of New Functional Units. It Is Planned To Add A Small Sports Hall On The North Side Of The Existing Building, While A New Annex With Classrooms And Administrative Spaces Is Planned To The Southeast Of The Main Building. The Added Parts Will Be Functionally Connected To The Existing Building Through An Entrance Hall With Separate Entrances. The Extension Of The Sports Hall Was Designed As A Building With One Above-Ground Floor, While The School Annex Was Designed With Two Above-Ground Floors. The Project Also Includes Works On Landscaping And Access Areas, Including The Formation Of A New Driveway On The Western Side Of The Plot With A Connection To The Public Parking Lot And The Construction Of New Parking Spaces In The Southern Part Of The Plot. Horticultural Landscaping Of A Part Of The Plot Is Also Planned, With The Provision Of At Least 20% Of Green Areas. As Part Of The Reconstruction And Extension, Adaptation Of The Building For People With Disabilities And Reduced Mobility Is Also Planned. In The Existing Building, The Installation Of A Tilt-Lifting Platform Is Planned, While The New Annex Will Be Designed In Accordance With The Regulations On Ensuring The Accessibility Of Buildings For People With Disabilities And Reduced Mobility. The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Execution Of Construction, Tradesman And Installation Works And The Installation Of Equipment And Systems Provided For In The Cost Estimate, Including Works On Construction, Water Supply And Sewerage Installations, Heating, Cooling And Ventilation Systems, Electrical Installations, Manipulative Surfaces, An Elevator And Other Works Necessary For The Complete Functionality Of The Building. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Principle Of Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) And At The End Of The Execution Of All Works, The Contractor Provides A Written Statement On The Compliance Of The Performed Works With The Dnsh Principle. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 2 Years, And It Refers To The Performed Works And New Delivered And/Or Mounted/Installed Equipment/Devices.
