The Municipal Council Has Decided To Update The Current Municipal Spatial Structure Plan (Grs), Adopted In 2005 And Partially Revised In 2010. Since It Is No Longer Possible Under The Decree To Formally Revise A Structure Plan, The Municipality Must Draw Up A New Municipal Spatial Policy Plan (Gbr). The Cost Of The Total Order Is Estimated At € 310,000 Incl. Vat. This Policy Plan Forms The Strategic Guideline For The Future Spatial Policy Of The Municipality Of Laakdal. To This End, The Plan Consists Of A Strategic Vision And One Or More Policy Frameworks. The Aim Of The Vision Is To Provide Direction To The Long-Term Objectives. In The Policy Frameworks, These Long-Term Objectives Are Converted Into Action-Oriented And Achievable Goals. To Motivate The Choices Made That Are Set Out In The Policy Plan, The Necessary Background Information Must Be Available In The Form Of Existing Reports Or Figures. If Necessary, The Necessary Research Reports Are Drawn Up For Specific Themes Within The Policy Plan. A Strategic Eia Plan Is Drawn Up Simultaneously With The Municipal Spatial Policy Plan. The Preparation Of This Eia Is Also Part Of The Assignment. On 02/02/2026, The Mayor And Aldermen Approved A Memorandum Of Principle That Provides Direction For The Content Of The Municipal Space Policy Plan. When Drawing Up A Project Proposal, The Contents Of This Memorandum Must Be Taken Into Account To Determine The Action Plan And Process Flow. The Memorandum Was Therefore Added As An Appendix: Appendix I: Focus Note On Municipal Spatial Policy Plan
