Toner Cartridges – Dns Toners And Consumables For Printers, Photocopiers And Multifunctional Devices. The Subject Of The Orders Placed Within Dns Is The Supply Of New, Original Toners And Related Material For Printers, Copiers And Multifunctional Devices Commonly Available On The Market For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Finance Of The Slovak Republic According To The Procurement Dictionary Within The Scope Of The Group Listed In The Common Procurement Dictionary (Cpv). The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In Original Packaging, Including Transport And Unloading To The Specific Workplace Of The Ministry Of Finance Of The Slovak Republic In Bratislava, Zvolen And Košice Specified In Each Separate Call For Tenders. The Goods Must Be Delivered By The Successful Applicant Personally, Not Through A Transport Company. The Reason Is The Need For Personal Delivery Of The Goods, Their Inspection At The Place Of Fulfillment And The Possibility To Immediately Resolve Any Complaints. The Delivery Also Includes Free Removal And Ecological Disposal Of All Used Toners, Refills And Related Material, In Any Quantity Available To The Contracting Authority Upon Delivery Of New Goods. Liquidation Must Be Ensured In Accordance With Act No. 79/2015 Coll. On Waste And On Amendments To Certain Laws, As Amended. The Price Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of A Specific Contract.
