The Specific Objectives Are The Following: A) Safety Calculations For Congestion Identification: • Determining The Input Data Necessary For The Congestion Calculation Process: Hourly Network Models For Ret And Red 110 Kv, Network Models For Mv Areas (Correlated With The Development Of The Platform And For Mv Areas), The List Of Critical Network Elements And Contingencies, Safety Limits In Operation, The Mechanism For Changing Generation And Consumption; • Calculation Of Power Flows In Schemes With N And N-1 Elements In Operation, Defined According To The List Of Critical Network Elements And Network Element - Contingency Combinations And For Which An Active Power Requirement Is Determined For Congestion Management; B) Calculation Of Influence Factors For Changing The Power Injected Or Absorbed In A Network Node For The Elements In The List Of Network Elements And Contingencies; C) Determining The List Of Production, Storage Or Consumption Facilities That, Through Activation, Could Reduce/Eliminate Or Worsen A Network Congestion, Taking Into Account The Influence Factor Threshold; D) Determining The Active Power Requirement For Congestion Management And Flexibility Service Activation Time Periods. The Following Are Requested: • Development Of The Computing Platform; • Training Services Of 120 Hours For A Minimum Number Of 20 People; • Maintenance, Technical Support And Update Services For 36 Months; • Changes On Demand For The Computing Platform.
