This Contract Is A Single-Contractor Framework Agreement Which Aims To Repair Degraded Surfaces Using The Pms (Pavement Management System) Program On The Structuring Road Network Managed By The Namur Roads Department. It Extends According To The Divisions On The Structuring Road Districts Of Bouge, Spy And Philippeville. The Required Services Are The Subject Of Orders Placed By The Contracting Authority, According To Its Needs, And In Accordance With The Terms Of These Special Specifications. The Minimum Amount Of All Market Orders Is Set At €3,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Total Duration Of The Market.
