The Procurement Unit Is Requesting Bids For Lightweight, Permanently Installed Equipment Guards. There Are Three (3) Different Sizes Of Equipment Covers, Of Which Equipment Compartment 2. Is The Most Used. Technical Requirements For Equipment Guards In The Appendix 1. The Offered Product And The Products Or Features Requested As An Option Must Meet All The Technical Requirements Stated In The Appendix. The Bidder Must Offer All Items Requested As An Option. Equipment Covers Are Purchased Annually According To Need, Which Is Estimated To Be 1 To 20 Pieces Per Year. The First Order Is Approximately 20 Pieces. After That, The Order Quantity May Vary According To The Estimated Range. The Agreement Is Concluded For Four (4) Years And It Is Possible To Extend It With One (1) Two (2) Year Option Year.
