The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Renovate The Existing Building, Create A New Central (Geothermal Heat Center (Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Fittings, Tanks, Automatic Operation), Renovate The Degassing System, And Install A Submersible Pump In The Case Of The Thermal Well Marked B-17: A) The Winning Bidder Must Install A Submersible Pump In The Thermal Well Marked B17, Located At A Depth Of 65 Meters, With A Dn 125 Thread Injected Through A Bonded Pressure Pipe. B) The Thermal Water From The B-17 And B-629 Thermal Wells Arrives In The Existing, Remaining 2 9 M3 Volume Degassing Tanks In The Degassing Machine House. The Winning Tenderer Must Dismantle The Existing Transmission Pumps In The Pump Engine House Next To The Degassing Machine House And Install 6 Dry Shaft Standard Pumps Instead. C) The Winning Tenderer Must Also Dismantle Its Existing Mechanical Systems In The Central Heating Center, With The Exception Of The Existing Mechanical Systems Required For The Dhw Service, Which Are Still Under Construction. The Existing Dhw Service Mechanical System Must Be Maintained Until The Planned New Dhw Supply System Can Take Its Place. Through Heat Exchangers, The Incoming Sharp Thermal Waters Transfer The Geothermal Heat Energy Primarily To The Dhw Production System And Secondarily To The Central Heating System. The Dhw Heating Heat Exchangers Heat The 2 3000-Liter Dhw Buffer Tanks Connected In A Row With The Help Of 2 Circulation Pumps. D) The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Carry Out The Renovation Well Maintenance Of The Hot Water Well No. B-17, With A Depth Of 1736.0 M - Taking Into Account The Results Of The Preliminary Geophysical Investigation Of The Well No. 10626 - In Order To Increase The Operational Safety Of The Well, Reduce Hydraulic Losses, Improve The Permeability Of The Perforated Sections And Remove The 15 M Fill At The Bottom Of The Well. 2. The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Build And Replace The Internal District Heating System Of The Nursing Home (Primary And Secondary Side Thermal Lines, Heating, Dhw, And Circulation Lines). A) The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Replace A 15 M Thermal District Heating Pipeline From Production Well No. B17 To The Degassing Building, And From There To The New Geothermal Heat Center 2 Additional Thermal District Heating Pipelines (2*56 M Route Length) (These Are Dn 200 Primary Thermal Water Pipelines Laid In The Ground (Sand Bed) And Run In The Existing Vb Protective Channel Kpe Jacketed Pipes Pre-Insulated With Pur Foam.) B) The Winning Bidder Must Also Replace The Secondary Thermal District Heating Pipe Between The Geothermal Heat Center And The Rehab Pool In The Rheumatology Building. (This 175 M Cable Section Is Factory Pre-Insulated With Pur Foam Glass Fiber Reinforced Cable Of Size D63/125, Which Will Also Be Laid In The Ground (Sand Bed).) C) The Winning Aj
