Repair And Maintenance Services - Service Of Inspections, Maintenance, Servicing, Repairs Of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (Cems) And Exhaust Gas Measurement Systems, Together With The Supply Of Materials And Spare Parts For The Needs Of The Thermal Waste Processing Plant In Krakow. 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Inspections, Maintenance, Servicing And Repairs Of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (Cems) And Raw Exhaust Gas Measurement Systems, Together With The Supply Of Materials And Spare Parts. The Order Also Includes Modernization Of The Cems Reference Gas Monitoring System. 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Designed Contractual Provisions. 3.4. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Waste Thermal Transformation Plant In Krakow, Ul. Jerzy Giedroycia 23. 3.5. Any Indication Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Places Of Origin In The Content Of The Documents Attached To This Swz Only Determines The Preferred Quality And The Level Of Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters In Which The Ordering Party Is Interested, And Should Be Understood As Containing The Words Or Equivalent. 3.6. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Products With Performance, Durability And Reliability Parameters Not Worse Than The Indicated Products, For Which The Installation/Device In Which They Will Be Installed Will Not Require Additional Adaptation Of Either The Main Device, The Entire Production Line, The Control System Algorithm Or The Ordered Part, Which Will Fully Cooperate With The Ordering Partys Other Devices, In A Way That Will Not Disrupt Or Impede The Current Operation Of The Plant. Products With The Same Dimensions And Connections As The Indicated Product, With The Same Design And Principle Of Operation As The Product Specified By The Ordering Party, So That It Constitutes A Spare Part. 3.7. Each Contractor Submitting An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of Its Offer That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By It Meets The Requirements And Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters Specified In The Swz, Or Provides Better Solutions Than Those Described. The Equivalence Condition Will Be Considered Met If The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Meets All The Parameters Specified In The Minimum Requirements Defined In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
