No. 2 Of January 5, 2024, As Well As Resolution No. 356 Of December 29, 2023 Of The Council Of Ministers, To Determine The Contracting Authorities Who Are Obliged To Award Public Contracts In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 47, Paragraph 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, As Well As The Share Of Clean Vehicles In Relation To The Total Number Of Vehicles That Are The Subject Of Delivery Or Are Used To Perform Services Under Art. 47, Paragraph 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, Promulgated In Sg No. 1 From January 2, 2024 Note: When Performing The Works Included In This Public Procurement, The Law On Waste Management Must Be Observed, As Well As All Other Legal Acts Concerning The Implementation Of The Procurement Activities. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor, In Case Of Damage Or Accident To Any Specialized Equipment That Will Be Used For The Execution Of The Order, To Provide Another One With Equivalent And/Or Better Technical Characteristics, For The Period Until The Damage Or Accident Is Removed. 6. Quality Requirements When Executing The Order, The Technical And Regulatory Requirements For This Type Of Activities, As Well As The European, National And Local Regulatory Framework Regarding Environmental Protection And Limiting The Harmful Impact Of Waste On The Environment, Must Be Observed. The Main Technological Operations That Are Required When Performing The Service Garbage Collection And Garbage Disposal Of Household Waste: - Taking Containers To The Garbage Truck; - Hooking, Pouring And Unhooking The Dishes From The Car; - Returning The Vessels To Their Places; - Cleaning Of Scattered Household Waste During Loading And Unloading Operations. When Carrying Out The Activity Of Collection And Removal Of Household Waste, The Following Shall Not Be Allowed: - Unloading Of Waste Outside The Regulated Landfill For Household Waste; - Scattering Waste Around The Garbage Containers; - Scattering Of Waste During Transportation. 6.1.
