The Provisions Of The Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette Of The Rs, No. 51/17 Et Seq.; Hereinafter The Green Public Procurement Regulation) Are Taken Into Account For The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Namely: - At Least 50% Of The Hard Surface Cleaners Used By The Bidder, Expressed In Terms Of The Volume Of All Products, Meet The Criteria For Obtaining The Eu Environmental Mark For Hard Surface Cleaners, As Set Out In Commission Decision (Eu) 2017/1217 Of June 23, 2017 On Setting The Criteria For Awarding The Eu Ecolabel For Hard Surface Cleaners.
