The Subject Of The Order Covers The Production And Delivery Of Signboards (Goods/Articles) In Connection With The Introduction Of Low Emission Zones (Lez) On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv, Informing About The Entry And Exit Of The Lee In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Sample Of The Technical And Price Proposal - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Required Estimated Quantity Of Plates Is 195 Pieces. The Deliveries Of The Goods, The Subject Of The Order, Should Be Made To The Specified Administrative Address On The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, After Preliminary Written Requests Submitted By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Value Of The Contract That Will Be Concluded With The Participant Selected As The Contractor Is Equal To The Estimated Value Of The Order Including Vat. The Contract That Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As Executor Will Be Valid For 36 Months. At The Time Of The Announcement Of This Public Procurement, Funding Has Not Been Secured, In Connection With Which Its Implementation Will Be Postponed Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. Implementation Is Expected To Begin After Securing Funding Under The Environment Program 2021-2027 And On The Condition That The Beneficiary Concludes A Relevant Contract For Targeted Financing Of A Project Under Procedure Bg16ffpr002-5.010 Zones With Low Emissions From Transport Under Priority 5 Air, Also Called Administrative Contract For Grant Financial Assistance (Gfa). In Accordance With The Legal Requirement, The Contract For The Execution Of The Order Includes Clauses For Postponement Of The Execution After Securing The Necessary Financial Resources, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified With A Tender Letter.
