The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Implementation Of The Information Security Management System In Accordance With Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001:2023, 2) Conducting Information Security Audits And Compliance Audits, 3) Development And Updating Of Information Security Documentation, 4) Delivery And Implementation Of Siem, Soar, Ndr And Pam Class Solutions, 5) Configuration And Integration Of Systems, Preparation And Launch Of The Capabilities Of The Cybersecurity Operations Center (Coc), 6) Conducting Training, 7) Preparation Of Post-Implementation Documentation And Provision Of Guarantees And Technical Support - In Accordance With Opz. 5. Each Training Conducted As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement Must End With The Issuance Of Personal Training Completion Certificates To The Participants. 6. The Training Completion Certificate Should Contain At Least: 1) The Name Of The Training, 2) The Thematic Scope Of The Training, 3) The Date Or Period Of The Training, 4) The Number Of Training Hours, 5) The Name And Surname Of The Participant, 6) The Name And Details Of The Contractor Or The Entity Conducting The Training, 7) The Signature Of The Person Authorized To Represent The Contractor Or The Person Conducting The Training. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Copies Or A List Of Issued Training Completion Certificates, Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Training Obligation. 8. Failure To Issue Training Completion Certificates Constitutes Improper Performance Of The Agreement And May Constitute Grounds For Refusing To Receive The Training Or Charging Contractual Penalties. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present In The Offer Form A Description Of The Proposed Technical And Organizational Solution For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Excluding The Part Regarding Training. The Details Are Specified In Chapter V Of The Swz. 10. The Method Of Performing The Order Results From The Content Of The Swz, Including A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). 11. If Any Documents Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Should Be Interpreted As Specifying The Required Quality, Technical Or Functional Standards. In Each Such Case, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To:
