The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The University Of Gdańsk Located Within The Administrative Borders Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 09300000-2 (Electricity, Thermal Energy, Solar And Nuclear Energy). 3. The Supply Of Electricity Referred To In Point 1 Takes Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution Network Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso). The Conditions For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Specified In Separate Distribution Agreements Concluded With The Dso By The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Subject-Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 5. The Expected Estimated Electricity Consumption Is 16,000,000 Kwh Over A 12-Month Period. This Is An Expected Quantity, Not Binding On The Ordering Party And May Be Changed, In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 3 Section 5 Or § 9 Section 1 Point 10) Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Actual Amount Of Electricity Supplied Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor Must Have A General Distribution Agreement With The Distribution System Operator Energa Operator S.A. Based In Gdańsk. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That All Consumption Points Specified In Annex 6 To The Swz Have Measurement And Billing Systems Adapted To The Change Of Supplier. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Informs That Dividing The Order Into Parts May Result In Technical Difficulties In The Execution Of The Order, Logistic Problems, And In Particular The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order During One Event. Such A Situation Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Order.
