The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of The Digital Skills Summit Conference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Event Or Conference, Which Will Be Held On June 15, 2026 In The Building Of The Senate Of The Republic Of Poland At Ul. Wiejska 4/6/8, 00-902 Warszawa For A Maximum Of 150 And A Minimum Of 100 People. 1.1. As Part Of The Services Provided Under The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Equipment Referred To In Chapter Iv Of Annex No. 1 To Swz-Sopz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz; 2) Technical Support For The Conference, Including Ensuring The Possibility Of Streaming The Event On June 15, 2026, Referred To In Chapter V Of The Sopz; 3) Photographic And Film Documentation From The Conference With Appropriate Processing And Editing, Referred To In Chapter Vi Of The Sopz; 4) Preparation And Marking Of The Conference Space Referred To In Chapter Vii Of The Sopz. 5) Conference Articles Along With Their Transport (Delivery), Referred To In Chapter Viii Of Sopz; 6) Promotional Sets, Including Packaging And Distribution During The Event, Referred To In Chapter Ix Of Sopz; 7) Reception And Event Staff Services Referred To In Chapter X Of The Sopz; 8) Transport, Assembly And Disassembly Referred To In Chapter Xi Of Sopz; 9) Catering Service During The Conference Referred To In Chapter Xii Of Sopz; 10) Premises, Catering And Service For The Organization Of An Evening Cocktail And Providing Musical Accompaniment Referred To In Chapter Xiii Of Sopz; 11) Providing A Sign Interpreter On June 15, 2026 During The Conference In The Online And Stationary Version From 9:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. And Adapting The Space For The Needs Of This Service.  1.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Implement The Event To The Maximum Extent Described In The Sopz Or To A Reduced Extent, In Accordance With The Needs Of Nask-Pib. The Number Of: 1) Conference Participants May Be Reduced In The Scope Of The Basic Order, Provided That The Minimum Number Of Participants Is 100 People; 2) Cocktail Participants, Provided That The Minimum Number Of Participants Is 40 People; 3) Conference Articles (I.E. Badges, Lanyards) Referred To In Chapter Viii Of The Sopz, Depending On The Number Of Conference Participants, Provided That The Minimum Number Of Conference Articles Is 100; 4) Portions In The Catering Service, Provided That The Minimum Number Of Portions Is 100 On The Day Of The Conference; 5) Portions In The Catering Service During The Cocktail, Provided That The Minimum Number Of Portions Is 40; 6) Promotional Sets Referred To In Chapter Ix Of Sopz, Provided That The Minimum Number Is 100. 1.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Implement The Event To The Maximum Extent Described In The Sopz Or To A Reduced Extent, In Accordance With The Needs Of Nask-Pib.
